No More Battery

Everyone loves wireless products, but we all hate changing batteries. Batteries aren't cheap either. Energizer and Duracell probably sponsors wireless products research. Almost everybody who uses a computer use a mouse. I am sure people you uses wireless mouse wish their battery last forever. The mouse pad that is included with the package is required for the mouse to work. The mouse pad has a special surface that transfers energy to power the mouse and enables it to move effortlessly. Like I said, it really feels like it is gliding.

The mouse itself is very light and easy to handle. Almost too light if you ask me, I am a heavy computer using my hand just could not believe how light this mouse is. The scroll wheel is the same, it is effortless to roll the wheel up and down. No tilt feature though. I think Microsoft has a patent on that.

Installation has really plug and play, I have used it on a Windows XP Pro laptop. I just plugged the mouse pad into the USB port. It powered up in seconds. Windows XP recognized it as a pointing device. Then I put the mouse on the mouse pad and started using it. At first it feels like it is not accurate, then I saw the "TUNE" button on the top of the mouse pad. I pressed it, then 2 seconds later, voila, it is moving perfectly.

In summary, this is a great mouse that has all the current features of a wireless mouse, plus no battery required. Battery less, lightweight and long run cost saving are the benefits of this mouse. The disadvantage of this mouse is the fact that it has to operate on the special mouse pad that came with it. It is really not bad though, it makes the mouse glides better that any mouse I have ever used. Whatever material they put on top of the mouse pad and bottom of the mouse really works to repel each other.
